Easton YB16MKT10 Mako Torq -10 Youth Baseball Bat

The YB16MKT10 is a 2-piece composite; balanced (-10) bat. The barrel of the Mako Torq YB16MKT10 bat is 2 1/4 " and composed of Easton's exclusive Thermo Composite Technology (TCT for short) . This is the same material used on previous Mako models; but has been slightly updated for increased strength and reduced weight. In the handle; you will find composite material with the proprietary Torq Technology 360 Handle. The bottom of the handle will rotate; allowing freer wrist movement to square up to the ball faster and avoid miss-hits by rolling the hands. You may not notice a significant difference during a normal BP session; but you will notice when the game is on the line. When you are thinking offspeed outside and get jammed with a fastball inside; the Torq handle will give you the slight advantage to help get the barrel through the zone on the tough; inside pitch. Connecting the barrel to the handle is Easton's CXN connection band. This band is the same one found in previous 2-piece baseball bats from Easton.
